Clonal Fidelity and Genetic Diversity of Micropropagated Hancornia speciosa Gomes (Apocynaceae) as Evaluated by Molecular Markers

چکیده

The plant tissue culture procedures for asexual multiplication of Hancornia speciosa represent an important process facilitating the preservation selected genotypes this threatened species and large-scale production plantlets population reinforcement or other utilization. However, there is no research regarding somaclonal variation at molecular level. This study aimed to evaluate role in genetic stability H. calluses using markers. techniques micropropagation used did not influence occurrence variation, which can be related donor plants low concentrations growth regulators adopted. results observed here provide a reliable methodology further studies involving with goal preserving endangered without losses producing seedlings on large scale. In addition, it was possible verify that showed relatively variability.
